Every payment is recorded with who took it and how: cash, MoMo, card or bank. The day’s total is there at closing time.

Questions owners ask
Do I need a computer?
No. It works in the browser on any smartphone, tablet or computer. Many owners use their phone, and the front desk uses a phone or a laptop.
What if the internet goes off?
It needs an internet connection, but very little data: mobile data on a phone is enough. Keep a data bundle on the front-desk phone as a backup.
Is my information safe?
Each staff member signs in with their own password, and sees only what you allow. Your data is stored securely and backed up. It stays yours: you can export it, and if you leave, we delete it.
Can my staff learn it?
If they use WhatsApp, they can use this. We train them at your property, check in on day 3 and day 14, and answer questions on WhatsApp.
Does it connect to Booking.com or take online bookings?
Not yet. Bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb or your website are entered by your staff, with where they came from. Tell us if you need it: it helps us decide what to build next.
What happens after the free month?
You pay once a year, in advance, by MoMo or bank transfer. If you don’t want to continue, you don’t renew: there is no contract beyond the year you paid for.
